Livelihood improvement CSR projects and initiatives at PPL aim to improve the income levels of marginalised rural and urban communities in the periphery villages and towns of its plant location in Paradeep. These initiatives are targeted at working with small and marginal farmers, landless, women SHGs (Self Help Groups), and youth groups. To maximise the impact on the communities and catalyse an overall inclusive growth, the company aligned the livelihood initiatives with national flagship programmes, and has also partnered with leading technical institutions, and non-government institutions for implementation.
