Our Key HR Initiatives
Nayi Disha
Through this initiative, we conduct a series of workshops to equip our frontline salespeople with product knowledge, business acumen and marketing skills so that they can effectively interact with farmers, dealers and vendors. These workshops provide training in solution-oriented communication, team building, and PPL’s core values.
Adventzurize
Adventzurize is an employee engagement initiative that focuses on fostering behavioural changes that contribute to a positive organisational culture. Through a series of interactive workshops, group activities, and presentations, employees are trained in key workplace behaviours like gratitude, appreciation and teamwork.
High Leap
In collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing (HBP), Adventz Group launched the High-Leap Leadership Excellence Programme in 2021. The programme, aimed at training future agribusiness leaders, is conducted virtually by HBP over the course of five months and includes intensive interactive sessions and case studies.
Rewards and Recognition
We reward and recognise the contributions of our sales and marketing employees towards our business growth. High performers are recognised and incentivised on a monthly and annual basis across categories such as bulk and non-bulk sales, specialty product nutrients, crop protection and care, and point-of-sale.
