Join the PPL team and become a part of our vision to enrich India's agricultural economy
At Paradeep Phosphates Limited, we are committed to fostering a people-oriented culture that values inclusiveness, openness, and performance. Our goal is to create a positive difference in the lives of our employees, customers, business partners and, most importantly, the agricultural community.
Our core values of agility, customer centricity, sustainability, and integrity guide us in everything we do and set us apart in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are always on the lookout for the best and brightest minds who embody our values and share our vision of building a one-stop agro-solutions platform in India.
We offer professional development opportunities, including leadership and technical training from top institutes like Harvard and Kellogg. Inter- and cross-functional exposure is encouraged to allow employees to gain diverse experiences and skills.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment by welcoming employees from diverse backgrounds and encouraging them to share their unique ideas and perspectives. Additionally, gender diversity is promoted at all levels of management.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a priority at PPL. We offer a range of benefits and policies to support this, including flexible timings and the option of remote work, which enable our employees to strike a healthy balance between their work and personal lives.
We appreciate the contributions and hard work of our employees through long service and excellence awards. Our employee appreciation initiatives have led to a happy and high-performing workforce.
Through this initiative, we conduct a series of workshops to equip our frontline salespeople with product knowledge, business acumen and marketing skills so that they can effectively interact with farmers, dealers and vendors. These workshops provide training in solution-oriented communication, team building, and PPL’s core values.
Adventzurize is an employee engagement initiative that focuses on fostering behavioural changes that contribute to a positive organisational culture. Through a series of interactive workshops, group activities, and presentations, employees are trained in key workplace behaviours like gratitude, appreciation and teamwork.
In collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing (HBP), Adventz Group launched the High-Leap Leadership Excellence Programme in 2021. The programme, aimed at training future agribusiness leaders, is conducted virtually by HBP over the course of five months and includes intensive interactive sessions and case studies.
We reward and recognise the contributions of our sales and marketing employees towards our business growth. High performers are recognised and incentivised on a monthly and annual basis across categories such as bulk and non-bulk sales, specialty product nutrients, crop protection and care, and point-of-sale.
Come and build a fulfilling career with us! If you are a talented and motivated individual who shares in our vision, please apply for any of our openings below by emailing us with your updated resume at careers@adventz.com.
